Trent Ludlow is a Licensed Estate Agent, with extensive real estate experience on the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong regions for over 15 years. He has assisted more than 950 families with their real estate requirements. Trent prides himself on listening, and is a firm believer that having clear communication with your clients yields successful results.

Trent's enthusiasm and genuine interest in property began at an early age. He studied Architectural Drafting at RMIT, Melbourne, leading to professional employment in the retail and building industry. Trent ran a successful business in Melbourne’s Bayside, before transitioning into the Geelong and coastal property market in the early 2000's.

Repeat clients, referrals and long-term friendships with past clients is a testament to the consistent, outstanding results he achieves. Trent is highly regarded within the industry due to his approachable and friendly manner, empathy and ethical standards.

Like many 'sea changers', Trent’s childhood holidays on the coast influenced his decision to make the coast ‘home’ almost 20 years ago, where he and his partner now raise their two children who have access to the best playground in the world - the coast.
